Albion, Michigan, January 18, 2018 – The Bohm Theatre’s classic film program, commonly called FlashBack Fridays, will be moving from Friday to Saturday mornings at 10:00 AM starting February 3, 2018.
Regarding the change, Executive Director Nancy Doyal says, “We’ve had overwhelming attendance for our Holiday Classics shown on Fridays and especially Saturdays during the month of December. Feedback from the community has also shown that Saturday morning is a more convenient time for those who work on Friday morning.”
The classic films in February will be celebrating Black History Month. February 3rd will be Carmen Jones, February 10th To Kill A Mockingbird, February 17th The Wiz and February 24th Shaft. Coming up in March as we celebrate Women will be March 3rd Fried Green Tomatoes, March 10th Gone With the Wind, March 17th A League of Their Own, March 24th Nine to Five, and March 31st Easter Parade.
More classic favorites will return to the big screen this year including Casablanca, American Graffiti, Jaws, The Wizard of Oz and Grease. Starting this February join us each Saturday morning!
