Albion, Michigan, July 29, 2016 – On August 8, 2016 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM The Edge will be performing at Blues at the Bohm. Admission is only $5 and food will be available for purchase from Gina’s Pizza and Deli.
The Edge began playing in 1980 as a five piece rock band and has evolved into an eleven piece rhythm and blues ensemble. The band members include Jack Minear on organ, Jim Dyer percussion, Jim Oliver acoustic guitar, Kjell Croce rhythm guitar, Bob Wentworth lead guitar, Andy Merrild bass, Bill Wentworth saxophone, Jay Wentworth trumpet, Brian Borders trombone, Jeff Dallavalle piano and Ron Taylor drums. The band has performed on and off at the Battle Creek Balloon Championship for many years as well as the at the Battle Creek World’s Largest Breakfast Table, The Albion Festival of the Forks and The Marshall Blues Festival.
